The "Real" Orions

Hey Atra, if you ever get around to free time, would you consider making the "actual" Orion interceptor from ENT:"Borderland?" I think that, although it almost totally screws up the SFC2 Orions, it would look very good ingame.

You know, perhaps you could "alter" some of the stock Orion ships to better fit this lineage. I've got some ideas to convert the DD, CA, DN, etc, and I think they'd be neat to implement if possible.

Wow, thanks for pointing this out to me....I haven't seen the episode. I'd be proud to have this in my fleet. You should know my penchant for odds and ends ships by now.

But you know, I think just about any design can be called "Orion" because I don't think they necessarily have to follow a set design lineage or pattern. The only other "canon" Orion ship I've seen is in the TAS episode "The Pirates of Orion" and that was a big red mother that looked like...a big fat crab. If an Orion ship can look like that, I don't think they have any set lineages (or possibly even taste for that matter).
