I recommend www.postthatpic.com where you can upload pics up to 500 kb and as many as you like. Remote loading the pics is completely OK. In fact you can even use it for Ebay or auction pics, and it's absolutely entirely free. As for your zip files, I recommend www.geocities.com but they don't allow remote-loading. You need to have your site at geocities, but the great thing is that you can make multiple accounts there and interlink them together and they can load off of each other. For example, my homepage is www.geocities.com/atrahasis1 but my zip file server is www.geocities.com/atrahasis2 . You can upload up to 5 MB files at a time, and the bandwidth is 1 GB per month at 20 MB storage space. If a given zip file is say 2 MB you can store 10 models on a server, and if you need more just make a new account. That's the way I'm doing things now. If anybody knows of a server that allows remote loading of zip files, please post here!

Hey Atra, Have you considered hosting files at these places... www.rapidshare.com/ Unlimited Uploads/Downloads Max 100mb file size at anyone time. www.4shared.com/ 1GB of space, Unlimited downloads, 50mb file size. You could also do some research using google, try 'free file storage online' or 'free file sharing'.

I'll check them out, and if they're as good as they seem to be then I'm back in business!

Hey Kana, Thanks! I set myself up at www.4shared.com over the first one, because rapidshare says it deletes files that have not been downloaded for 45 days. Rapidshare also seems to operate like fileplanet in its early days, with free servers having a waiting time but if you buy the premium service there is no waiting time...and of course we all know what happened to fileplanet (money grubbing bastards!) The Ark is back in business! Pics hosted by www.postthatpic.com and zip files by www.4shared.com . Everyone else who needs free servers please follow suit.

Now you will just have to setup a thread with all of the links and such.
