Mainly the back part. Im also talking somewhat high poly as well. I can do most of the rest of the ship, but not that back part. Just cant get it looking right

Make a globe with sufficient vertices, then boolean the top of it off at the appropriate height, then move vertices around at the aft until you get the correct "tear drop" shape. The torpedo tube would need to be booleaned as well.

Making the command moduale, and getting the shape right is the toughest part of making that model. Its alot of trial and error. The way atra said is about the best way to do it. Especialy if your making a high poly model. low poly thats another story

and whats the best way to texture wrap it, if i have the texture?? i need this info since i have made a model of the Klingon N-5 as TMP refit, the rest of the model is easy to add a texture to.

thanx i got it basically textured so far here is a pic but this is not to be released for SFC but shows what i needed the info for ;D
