Those are great looking shots! That was a nice touch, them sliding in that TOS Rommy BOP. They also did a nice job on the D7 Romulan paint jobs.

Indeed! Kudos to slipping in a BOP. However, I also liked the notion that Romulan squadrons were three cruisers of equal class/design. The BOPs as escorts would have been equally awesome.
Still, I want to see more images of the D-7 scheme.

I always associated the squadron of three thing with the Klingons; got it from a novel where McCoy is giving Kirk a hard time for always putting three K't'ingas in the Kobayashi Maru, and Kirk responding by saying that's the way the Klingons operated.
I like having a BoP in, and I mostly like the Romulan paint job, although I personally think it's maybe a little too similar to the BoP pattern. Maybe more angles will help distinguish it, though.

Wow. They put in a BoP. That implies something about the capabilites of those craft relative to the new ships. . . which is something very counter to the SFB lore. Unless this is a King Eagle
