The aggressor eventually becomes the victim. Even a lion who has had his fair share of meat in his day will get torn apart by the lesser animals when he's old and infirmed, or injured. Yes, a pack of hyenas can take out a lion if the conditions are right. Such is the cyclicle nature of life and the reality we live in. That was exactly why Jesus said to stop the madness and don't be any kind of aggressor. For someone who claims to be Christian, all he seems to see is the side that he thinks he's on, and can't for the life of him see the truth at the core of his own religion!
There are a lot of ways that America can go down, and he is just leading the country into that with eyes wide shut, isn't he?

I think he is a puppet in the hands of his Military advisors (Pentagon etc.). This is only my personal view on this matter so do not get offended with it  |

Or maybe it's time the rest of us started to realize that although Bush may not have a really high IQ, he makes up for that in ambition.
Hitler and Napoleon were full of that as well.
What I see is an over-riding ambition in the white house to castrate the Muslims in the Middle East, at just about any cost. That not only means bombing their weapons and weapons factories, but also keeping them in civil disorder so they can't get organized enough to become real societies. It's best if they become peaceful democracies, but failing that, it's better to keep them as states in upheaval and disarray rather than allow them to evolve into weapon-wielding and ordered Muslim states.
But this line of thinking is doomed to backfire because it rests on the assumption that they can't have any way of striking back at the US during the periods of upheaval!
It also completely ignores the fact that during times of upheaval you get the radicals getting their hands on weapons they probably otherwise wouldn't have gotten, like all those hi-grade explosives that they plundered in Iraq before the election.

Any calculation about the future of the middle east that leaves out the determination and the sheer will of the societies that are attacked is just plain short-sighted. Let's not forget who won the crusades~ They did!

Well I've seen that biographic film about Hitler (German Production) calles "Fallen Down" or sth like that. I've forgoten it's title. After seeing it I've realised that a human who will reach power of commanding entire country (autocrat or somebody like Hitler) will slowly start to be overhelmed by his advisors. Hitler was at the end of his Holy German War overhelmed by his advisors and his fanatism was overhelmed by their cruelty, fanatism and blood lust... What I'm trying to say is that he started slowly to loose control over anything... It was his own natural disaster. I don't wan't to put Hitler in a brighter light but that what happens to anybody who want to leed the chain of command,,,  |

Yeah, even before the 1930's he wrote and published "Mein Kampf" which eventually came to be the Nazi Bible, and in it he rambles on about the Aryan race and of how Jews are at the very bottom of the ladder, and of how the world would be better if we were rid of them. I'd say his basic agenda was on the table long before he became furher.
Writing stuff like that these days would bring widespread condemnation, even if it were directed against the Muslims, but what they don't say they seem to be acting out instead. Bush and co may not be advocating genocide, but they are advocating screwing with large societies and letting the chips fall wher they may. Not only is that a gamble, it's a deliberate policy of beligerence against entire peoples, which I don't think we should tolerate.

Denying reality as usual, I suppose. They really like to wallow in their own ignorance. I think it's because they're used to denying rational thought, because as they live life and science tells them one thing, but their religion tells them another, and they are taught to reject what is reasonable and believe another thing without any rhyme or reason at all. In fact, they have so much invested in their own faith that rejecting it late in their lives is too hard a thing to do, because then they would have to start from square one again. It's simply easier to continue being an ignorant redneck than to become a rational person. Sometime in the future, if faith is to survive, it has to meld better with science, which is the art of observing things around us, which I believe a sentient species needs to embrace if it is to evolve mentally and spiritually. The universe is made up of equal opposites, and we are able to exist only in the equilibrium between the two. Life on the surface of the Earth is possible because it is neither too cold like it is in space nor too hot like it is at the moldten core. But once that equilibrium is disturbed lifeforms are at risk of becoming extinct. So if you fuck with the Muslims, won't they try their darndest to fuck back? Yes, of course they will. It is an equal and opposite reaction, after all. What goes around comes around. But this time they will have the help of the rest of the world. |

I think a "Pre-Emptive Strike" on Irans nuke plant a far more likely occurance than a general invasion like Bush did in Iraq or Hitler did in Poland....

Sh*t there is not time to be Nazi like. All the differences between human subraces were mixed through time. For instance I come from europe where Indo-European human subraces were mixed after eons. I do not divide people into subraces.
I have a couple of Nazi fans in my Town (they're called Nazi Metal Music Fans). They do not offend people or make them suffer because they're Nazi they rather think in the same way as I do (that people sub-race features were mixed) and every day they visit many libraries to find books about Nazism or II World War.
This are their interests and I don't criticise them for such interests although when you speak with them they mention sometimes some human subrace features and you might get annoyed when you're full of tolerance as I am but they use to say about them in most possible proper way. Even though they have Nazi nature they're not threat to anybody...
Believe me I am some sort of Pacifist. In my opinion all differences should be put aside
