Oooooo......
That was good. Won't give any plot details out so as not to spoil it for those of you over the pond, but I really enjoyed it. It needed more time really, as 45mins was too little to get the second half of the story into, but I have very few complaints beyond that.
The very end - well, that was....interesting. Sort of on the same level as the ending to season 3 of Enterprise, but not quite as brainless. Almost, but not quite ;D
Now, just have to wait ~170 days to see the resolution of the cliffhanger. Bother.

Sooooo good!
I hear Billie Piper wants to be the first woman Doctor. All I have to say to that is: Naaaaahhhhhhhhhh
Tennant has eased into the role very well. I really began liking him as the Doctor probably from Ep 2.04 "Girl in the Fireplace".
Did you catch the reference he made to his family? That he was a father once. That entire First Doctor/Susan angle needs explaining. You know, if he is the last of the Time Lords, and if Susan is presumably still alive in 2006 as she should be, then that might mean....
....that Susan is a human/Time Lord hybrid! I wonder who the lucky human girl was?

the First Doctor left Susan on Earth at the end of "The Dalek Invasion of Earth". This was set sometime in the 22nd Century in London - I keep getting 2150 in my head for it. I guess she'd have remained in that time stream, unless the First Doctor didn't take her back there at the conclusion of "The Five Doctors" of course....that's always a possibility.
Gah. Brain ache. They really need to start filling in at least a few of the gaps.

There was a date seen on an old calander which said 2164 - The Dalek Invasion of Earrh was set after that date.
After the events of the Five Doctors, all the people involved were returned to their respective time zones.
