Production of the Sarah Jane series began in April.

As for animated DW - there was the "Scream of the Shalka" web-based comic, and the animaed serial "The Infinite Quest" made for the children's TV show "Totally Dr Who". I'm guessing you're referring to "TIQ". Not sure what the North American broadcast plan would be for it if it's going over there.
