Use as your F-BSC (Civilian Base Station). Use FBS SSD. Note there are many variants, the basic BSC, BSC+, BSCC, BSCC+, BSCH, BSCH+, BSCS (science), BSCS+, BSCV, BSCV+. tThe latter two "V" bases are the same as the BSC and BSC+ repsectively but add fighters of your choice. The BSCH and BSCH+ are the same as the BSC and BSC+ respectively but change cargo to 42 and crew to 82.
