Does anybody have or made stats for the Constellation Class? How do you spec the 4 warp nacelles? And what's the start year? Thanks, Dale

I think the start year is supposed to be around 2275 for the Constellation class, whatever that works out to be in SFC shiplist terms. Think that would be about 13? (edit - reading around, it seems that date might be a bit early)
As for engine power - Picard noted that his USS Stargazer was underpowered, and the ships seem to mount two of the photon torpedo pods seen on the refit Enterprise and Enterprise-A which would probably mean 8 photon launchers in SFC. If you treat every nacelle as 10 points of power, you end up with a ship that has 10 more warp power than a F-CA (or subsequent cruiser model) but has much more to try and power up. You could spec that as 20 R-L warp, or 10 R-L warp and 20 centre. I'd probably go with the former. Standard CA level phaser armaments, a bit more forward hull than a CA but no aft hull or cargo spaces, shields that are about comparable to the NCL. That would be my start point. Then try it out in skirmish, tweak as needed.

Thank you, kind sir! any thoughts on a designation? F-CVE, perhaps? That's what I would see this ship as, from naval perspective

Not sure really. Those greeblies and bumps on the ventral surface of the hull could be sensor pallets, so maybe a Survey Cruiser of some kind?
